My best friend of many many years, Jamie Flynn, flew in with her mom, Dana, and her precious baby boy, Kaden. It was a quick visit but we were thrilled to have them here for a couple of days. Kaden is such a happy, incredibly flirtatious, little boy. Jamie is an amazing mom, and her son obviously adores her.
Being betrothed and all, we tried to get the kiddies to interact with each other a bit. They managed to get in a couple of staring contests and a little cuddle time.
Yesterday Dana conducted a very animated storytime for Kaden and Lila. Both kids were captivated. "Gammy D" certainly has a way with the little ones! Here's a video clip:We're so grateful for their visit, and especially for the fact that Aunt Jamie clipped Lila's fingernails...as I'm too chicken to try it. We can't wait to see Jamie, Kevin and Kaden again in May!
